INTERNATIONAL: Shipping provider varies but is usually UPS - delivery aim of 7-14 days (dependant on customs), this is a tracked/insured service, you can contact us prior to ordering for a faster shipping method.
* HOW TO ORDER * Simply select the wording, size & orientation you would like and add it to your basket. Then pop us an email (in the format below) to etchtwentyeight@outlook.com with your chosen font pack, table numbers/names and guest names, we'll do the rest!
* PLEASE NOTE : FORMAT * When emailing over your table plan, please use a 'copy and paste-able' format, either; - excel spreadsheets: each guest name in a separate cell box - a word doc: if sending in a word doc, please write each table under the next, don't hit the space bar/tab button numerous times so that you have numerous tables on one line. - send your names in the body of an email. Thank you in advance, it helps speed up processing.
* CUSTOM ORDERS * We design & manufacture all of our products in house and can accommodate all types of custom requests. Please drop us an email at etchtwentyeight@outlook.com and we can discuss all of the options available.
* DESIGN PROOF * We do not supply a proof of your personalised design as standard to ensure we do not delay your order, however if you would like to see the design before we create it please request this along with your personalisation when you place your order. If requested we will not proceed with your order until you are 100% happy with the design. Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as edits may delay your dispatch.
