Returns and Exchanges

Hopefully you will love all of the items you buy from Etch Twenty Eight, but in the unlikely event that you don’t please get in touch straight away and we'll get the issue rectified.

We do not offer exchanges at this time but we are happy to accept returns of non-personalised items. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery & ship items back to us within 28 days of delivery. You must ship your order back to us in the same state as received, we are not responsible for damages in transit of returned items & any orders we receive back that are damaged will be refused & thus returned to sender. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly advise that you use a tracked delivery method and retain your proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

The following items CANNOT be returned
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Faulty Items

Damaged orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving. Upon contacting us regarding your damaged items, please attached photo’s clearly showing the damage along with photo’s of the packaging.

If your item arrives in perfect condition and you then damage it by dropping, shaking or other means, we cannot accept responsibility and no refunds or replacements will be offered. 

 

Cancellations


None Personalised goods: We gladly accept cancellations for orders consisting of none-personalised goods. You MUST contact us within 14 days & ship items back to us within 28 days of delivery.

Personalised Goods: You must contact us within an hour of placing your order to cancel as after this time we may have began the process of manufacturing your goods. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced. However, if you’d like, you can always contact us if you have trouble deciding on your order and we’ll help you out as best we can!
