The information below applies to the use of the Etch Twenty Eight online store, website, interactions via social media, phone calls, and online correspondence. By visiting or shopping on our site, it is assumed that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. All visitors are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times, whilst surfing our site, interacting with us on social media, or doing business with us.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Etch Twenty Eight and customers. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout these Terms and Conditions and on our site, etchtwentyeight.com, refers to Etch Twenty Eight. Etch Twenty Eight is a creative laser studio specialising in personalised gifts, wedding day must haves and home/event décor primarily in wood but also in acrylic. To learn more about us and meet our team, please visit our About page!

All prices and transactions on our site are in your local currency, the conversion rate is set automatically by Shopify & not by us. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received and processed. We also process all of our transactions using Shopify payments and accept all major credit cards. Should there be any delays in payment processing, we cannot be held responsible.
We have many products and ideas in store for the future and as we are a growing business, we reserve the right to alter our products, services, or prices at any time without notice.
Other than the individual products listed on our site, we offer a wide variety of bespoke laser cutting services as well. These services range anywhere from custom cake toppers and event décor to gifts. These bespoke orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, based on current order volume, time frame, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse to take on any projects we deem offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful. We also consider the items listed on the site (specifically, kids’ name signs and the like) as personalised orders. Any product with the word “personalised” in the title is technically considered a bespoke order. Unless otherwise negotiated at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to offer any bespoke designs on our storefront to future customers.
We will always do our best to make sure that these bespoke orders get to you within the agreed time frame but cannot be held liable should there be any delays due to third party mistakes. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
None Personalised goods: We gladly accept cancellations for orders consisting of none-personalised goods. You MUST contact us within 14 days & ship items back to us within 28 days of delivery.
Personalised Goods: You must contact us within an hour of placing your order to cancel as after this time we may have began the process of manufacturing your goods. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced. However, if you’d like, you can always contact us if you have trouble deciding on your order and we’ll help you out as best we can!
We will always do our best to make our product photography as accurate as possible. Should you have questions not answered by our webpage or have some trouble deciding on your order, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d love to help! However, we cannot be held responsible for slight inconsistencies in colour, or appearance, due to any electronic device’s display or colour settings.
Out of Stock Items
Stock is determined both by current stock levels, and current order volume. We are a small business, and thus can only handle so much! We reserve the right to change our stock numbers at any time, so that each current order in our care will receive the very best care and attention. Should the item you like not be in stock, check back 1-5 full business days later, and we are likely to be restocked.
Promotions & Giveaways
Promotions and sales will only available for the specified time period. In order to be eligible to receive giveaway items, the required conditions must be met (typically ours will be on social media.) We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any promotion or giveaway for any reason. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of giveaway items.
