Our order of the day's are completely customisable as we know that no two weddings are the same, you can use the symbols we have provided or if they're not very 'you' then please feel free to look for alternatives and send them our way so we can add them into your design.

We have a maximum of 9 timeline events as any more gets crowded and the font has to become smaller which can be hard to read.

Material: 6mm Oak Veneer MDF.
Dimensions: 600x400mm or 700x500mm (Please note we can make smaller by request, just get in touch.)

Please Note: Each sheet features a real wood veneer therefore knots may appear in different places than seen in the photo Easel & flowers NOT included.

UK: Shipped via MyHermes - delivery aim 2-5working days, this is a tracked service, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class at checkout which has a next working day delivery aim (this is not a tracked service)
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping provider varies but is usually UPS - delivery aim of 7-14 days (dependant on customs), this is a tracked/insured service, you can contact us prior to ordering for a faster shipping method..

* PERSONALISATION - HOW TO ORDER * Simply select the wording & font pack you would like and add it to your basket. Then pop us an email to etchtwentyeight@outlook.com with your chosen symbols, event timings and headings, we'll do the rest!

* CUSTOM ORDERS * We design & manufacture all of our products in house and can accommodate all types of custom requests. Please drop us an email at etchtwentyeight@outlook.com and we can discuss all of the options available.

* DESIGN PROOF * We do not supply a proof of your personalised design as standard to ensure we do not delay your order, however if you would like to see the design before we create it please request this along with your personalisation when you place your order. If requested we will not proceed with your order until you are 100% happy with the design. Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as edits may delay your dispatch.
